Program details

Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba class. 

This class combines the fitness needs of older adults (strength, aerobic, flexibility, mobility, balance and coordination) with the fun of dance.

Opening hours:

Wednesday 10-11am Zumba Gold (Level 2)

Cost:

Cost per visit: $15
5 class pass for $60 or 10 class pass for $110

Target age:

50 Plus, 55 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

If you require a support worker in every day activities, then the support worker should attend and exercise with you.

Minimum experience:

Beginner

Leader qualifications:

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
