50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Program is suitable for people with early stages of dementia/cognitive impairment, assistance by Carer is required.

Special requirements or conditions:

Bring your own towel, water bottle, hand sanitiser / hand wipes / *masks (*if desired)

Leader qualifications:

Accredited Yoga Instructor

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
