Program details

All group activity classes are specifically designed and programmed for adults over the age of 55.

The mat class is done on the floor practising the physical postures of yoga, synchronised breathing and mindful movement.

Opening hours:

Annesley Lifestyle Centre is open:Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm; Saturday 8am - 1pm

Cost:

Cost per term: Memberships start from $35.00 per week.
10 class pass also available for $270

Target age:

55 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Participants need to be able to get up and down from the floor for the mat class.

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants should bring their own mat if possible for the mat class.

Minimum experience:

Beginner
