All group activity classes are specifically designed and programmed for adults over the age of 55.
Opening hours:
Annesley Lifestyle Centre is open: Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm; Saturday 8am - 1pm
- Tai Chi - Tuesday 10:30am
Cost:
Cost per term: Memberships start from $35.00 per week
Target age:
55 Plus
Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
Class is conducted standing, although there is the option of support from a chair if required.

Beginner
Leader qualifications:
Physiotherapist
Tai Chi Instructor (Accredited)
