Program details
Be Stronger for Longer is a 45 minute, low to moderate intensity program including strength, balance & coordination, and cardiovascular exercises. It includes activities that help you maintain your independence to live an active life.
Classes are in a fun, safe and social environment.
Modifications are available.
Come for the exercise, stay for the community!

Wednesday -8.15am
Friday- 9am

Cost per visit: $12.50-$15
Target age:
50 Plus
Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
Clients need to be able to safely follow directions.
Special requirements or conditions:
Please bring your own mat, towel and water bottle.

Beginner
Leader qualifications:
Fitness Leader - Registered Cert III
Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
