Program details

This class includes low Impact exercise with the option to incorporate light hand weights or adjust movements to use the support of a chair. 

Maintaining balance is very important, especially as we get older. Some proven benefits of balance training are:

  • Better balance control which increases strength, stability, and co-ordination.
  • Maintains mobility and independence.
  • Improves posture.
  • Lessens foot pain and injury.
  • Reduces stress and improves mood.
  • Boosts confidence and overall well-being.

Those with limited mobility, dementia, or vision impairment.
