Program details

Tai Chi for seniors is a gentle form of exercise that combines slow, deliberate movements with deep breathing and mindfulness. It has multiple physical and mental health benefits for older adults.

Our 1 hour Tai Chi class includes:

  • Movements that involve shifting weight from one leg to the other while moving the arms in a circular motion
  • Whole body engagement with the entire body allowing for relaxation and focus
