Program details

Aerobics with Tanya is a low impact workout that includes:

  • a warm up
  • isolation exercises for all major muscle groups
  • 40 minutes of cardio movement to music
  • 20 minutes of strength and resistance and floor work on mats
  • a cool down, which includes elements of tai chi.

Thursdays 10.30am - 11.30am

Cost per visit: $15

Target age:

55 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Those with restricted mobility, those with dementia and vision impairment.

Minimum experience:

Beginner

Leader qualifications:

Dance Instructor

Fitness Leader - Accredited
