Program details
Aerobics with Tanya is a low impact workout that includes:
- a warm up
- isolation exercises for all major muscle groups
- 40 minutes of cardio movement to music
- 20 minutes of strength and resistance and floor work on mats
- a cool down, which includes elements of tai chi.

Target age:
55 Plus
Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
Those with restricted mobility, those with dementia and vision impairment.
Minimum experience:
Beginner
Leader qualifications:
Dance Instructor
