Program details

Bush walking NSW hosts one kayaking activity per month, led by an experienced leader.

Kayaking helps maintain balance, reduce muscle deterioration and help prevent a decline in fitness due to the ageing process.

We monitor all participants on the activities for safety and well-being and all our leaders are well-versed in managing groups with different capabilities and paddling speeds.

Social interaction is also a benefit of our activities.
