Liverpool Seniors Well-being and Social Club (Seton) is a FREE weekly club running on Wednesdays from 12:00pm-1:30pm during school term.
From 12:00pm-12:45pm enjoy a range of activities from yoga, gentle exercise with exercise physiologists, tai chi, art classes, dance classes, yoga, health information sessions and more.
There is then free light refreshments follow from 12:45pm-1:30pm after each session. Please bring a keep cup for your tea/coffee.
This program is delivered by Collective Leisure, a social enterprise, in partnership with Liverpool City Council, South Western Sydney Local Health District, and CatholicCare.
The program aims to reduce social isolation and improve well-being for over-65s and over-50s from Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander backgrounds in the Liverpool LGA.

Program runs once a week in 2024 with breaks for school holidays.
