Program details

Gentle Clinical Reformer exercise classes run for 45 minutes and are instructed by a Physiotherapist who is qualified in clinical reformer. These classes focus on posture correction as well as core and pelvic control, whilst strengthening the whole body. 

Opening hours:

Classes are run in school terms for 10 weeks.
Class timetable (subject to change):

• Monday 1pm
• Tuesday 1:30pm
• Wednesday 1:30pm 
• Thursday 9:30am & 11:30am
• Friday 10am

Cost per term: $320

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Those who are post operation hip/knee in first 6 weeks.

Special requirements or conditions:

Grip socks are compulsory for safety on the machines.
