Adult Ballet - our Adult ballet class runs for 1 -2 hours and is a fusion of Ballet, yoga and contemporary techniques. The focus will be on training, strength, power and flexibility. It is for those who have danced before - or those who want to learn.
Opening hours:
Classes operate alongside NSW school term dates.
