Program details

Our hydrotherapy class for arthritis helps to maintain joint range of motion, strengthen muscles and improve balance.

The class is completed in a large hydrotherapy pool with temperatures between 32-34 degrees.

It's a whole body exercise program including relaxation activities.

Opening hours:

Monday to Friday 8.15-9am

Cost per visit: $20

Target age:

60 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

We can adapt the program to suit most participants and their injuries, however they could be seen in a physiotherapist led session or individually if required.

Special requirements or conditions:

Please wear comfortable swimming attire.

Minimum experience:

Beginner

Leader qualifications:

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
