Program details

Our physio led Pilates classes may help you recover from injury, increase strength and improve your balance and flexibility in a safe and supported way.

Our classes combine Pilates inspired exercises with the extensive knowledge of the therapist leading the class.

We are able to adapt the program to be plinth based for those unable to get on/off the ground.

Opening hours:

Monday - 8-9am and 3.45-4.45pm

Wednesday 5pm-6pm

Cost per visit: $30 - rebate claimable with extras cover

Target age:

60 Plus

Special requirements or conditions:

Comfortable clothing beneficial, participants can bring their own mats but not essential.
