Therapeutic Yoga is perfect for anyone of all ages, stages and abilities, this program will be individually tailored for your wants and needs.
"Yoga Therapy" includes a range of therapeutic movements that are good for healthy joints, organ health, healthy lower backs and improving sleep.
This class is conducted in the Wardell Memorial Hall.
