Program details

Qi Gong is a form of meditation in movement practice. You will move in a gentle way, through a series of standing positions and movements to strengthen the muscles and you will learn to listen to your body.

We will finish the class with a very gentle yin yoga sequence (meditative type of yoga), a series of poses on the floor that we hold for few minutes, using props to support the body, combined with meditation and pranayama (breathwork).

This is going to be a complete practice to balance body and mind!
