A slow moving, gentle class incorporating traditional Mat Pilates movements.

50 Plus, 55 Plus, 60 Plus, 65 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Not suitable for people who are unable to get up and down off the floor.

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat, a towel and a drink bottle.

Minimum experience:

Beginner

Fitness Leader - Accredited

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
