Tai Chi Movement is energy giving, not energy draining.
Tai Chi helps restore your energy levels.
With Tai Chi you will feel better, move easier, and become stronger.
Tai Chi will also improve your balance, coordination, and concentration.
As well as Tai Chi, each class also includes:-
Qigong Movement, expansive movement for breathing and posture.
Strength Training, using a combination of resistance bands and "clubs", for leg strength and upper body strength.
Everyone welcome. No prior training required.
Your instructor is qualified and experienced in both Tai Chi and fitness training.
Opening hours:
Fridays 11 am - 12 midday, throughout the year, with holidays over Christmas-January
