Program details
The aim of each class is to help you feel better, move easier, and become more active.
Each class consists of:-
Tai Chi, for agility, calm, coordination, and posture.
Strength Training, using a combination of resistance bands, ankle weights, dumbells, and "clubs", for leg strength and upper body strength.
Balance Exericses, for confidence in everyday life.
Stretching Exercises, for relaxation and ease of movement.
Your instructor is qualified and experienced in both Tai Chi and fitness training.
All are welcome.
Classes are small, cosy and relaxed.
Opening hours:
Fridays 11 am - 12 midday, throughout the year, with holidays over Christmas-January
