Program details
Group session with warm up - individualised strength based program followed by group cool down incorporating balance and pelvic floor. Seated or standing options available to suit your health requirements. Initial assessment required.Delivered via Zoom for distance participants. Balance includes heel toe walking, standing on one leg with variety of movement options, head movement for vestibular activation and timing of balance to challenge participants.

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
Post surgery requires doctors approval
Special requirements or conditions:
Bring a drink bottle and wear comfortable clothes with non-slip shoes
