Program details

PD Warrior is a revolutionary and internationally licensed program, designed for clients in the early stages of Parkinson's disease, but can be modified for those in the later stages. 

Classes involve Parkinson’s-specific, intensive exercises. The content is delivered as individual and/or group sessions. A structured home exercise program with a strong focus on self management is also provided.

Assessment and individual sessions are required first to ensure an individualised approach and that people get the best out of the classes. Classes are 1 hour, circuit based and supervised by an experienced Physiotherapist.
