Program details

Excellent class for all ages offering low impact and low intensity moves. This class also incorporates low intensity resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, lower body conditioning and balance training. A great class for the beginner exerciser.

50 Plus, Any age group welcome

Special requirements or conditions:

Enclosed shoes must be worn and towel must be used. A mat would be beneficial for floor-based exercises.
