Program details

This class includes yoga , stretching, balancing, Pilates. Each week is different.

Your body will become stronger, more flexible and more stable.
Classes are suitable for all ability levels and modified in need to suit the group.

Fridays 10-11:15am

Cost:

Cost per visit: $10 cash only

Target age:

50 Plus, All ages will be catered for

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Not suitable for cognitive impairment, dementia or those with walking aids

Special requirements or conditions:

Bring your own mat and towel. Wear long pants/ tights and T shirt. Bare feet during class

Beginner

Leader qualifications:

Accredited Yoga Instructor
