Program details
Group warm up then individualised strength based program followed by group cool down incorporating balance and pelvic floor. Suitable for seated exercise or standing. Participants have a health assessment conducted by trainer to gain individual program prior to joining sessions. Balance includes heel toe walking, standing on one leg with variety of movement options, head movement for vestibular activation and timing of balance to challenge participants.

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
Doctor's clearance required if post-surgery
Special requirements or conditions:
Comfortable clothes with jogger non-slip type footwear, bring a water bottle.

Fitness Leader - Accredited
Fitness Leader - Registered Cert III
Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
