Program details
This 60 minute Gentle Exercise program is designed to strengthen the body and mind:
- Warm-up with fun light and simple movements.
- Light and low-impact aerobic activities to improve cardiovascular fitness.
- Strengthen upper and lower body using no weights and light weights.
- Build confidence in balance & posture exercises learning about Falls Prevention.
- Cool-down with mindful stretching and relaxation.
Note: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign off attendance sheet, make payment and enable to start on time, thank you.
Opening hours:
MONDAY
- Group 1 - 10:15 - 11:15 am
- Group 2 - 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
Cost:
Cost per visit: Casual rate: $5 / FREE for Club Members (1-year Membership fee approx. $5 - $10)
Target age:
50 Plus
Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
Program is not suitable for people with dementia/ cognitive impairment.
Special requirements or conditions:
Bring your own towel, water bottle, hand sanitiser / hand wipes / *masks (*if desired)

Beginner
Leader qualifications:
Accredited Yoga Instructor
Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
