Program details

Vikfit's Advanced Mixed 50+ fitness class goes for 60 minutes and includes low, medium or high impact exercise options to meet the individuals needs. The class includes an assortment of different resistances with weights and resistance bands available.

The class includes:

  • Warm up: (10 minutes) Range of movement activities, walking, jogging(optional) and stretching.
  • Conditioning Phase: (40 Mins) Strength/resistance training, cardio/bodyweight exercises, ball exercises, resistance bands, games and much more!
  • Cool Down: (10 minutes) Balance exercises and stretching.

It is highly recommend that participants participate in a Womens 50+ or Mens 50+ fitness class first.

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Those who are not:
Willing to run,
Able to lift 5 kg,
Able to get up and down from the ground by themselves.

Special requirements or conditions:

Please bring a sweat towel, water and closed in joggers. Exercise appropriate clothing eg: a breathable shirt.

Fitness Leader - Accredited

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
