Program details
The class includes:
- Warm up: (10 minutes) Range of movement activities, walking, jogging(optional) and stretching.
- Conditioning Phase: (40 Mins) Strength/resistance training, cardio/bodyweight exercises, ball exercises, resistance bands, games and much more!
- Cool Down: (10 minutes) Balance exercises and stretching.
It is highly recommend that participants participate in a Womens 50+ or Mens 50+ fitness class first.

Able to lift 5 kg,
Able to get up and down from the ground by themselves.
Special requirements or conditions:
Please bring a sweat towel, water and closed in joggers. Exercise appropriate clothing eg: a breathable shirt.
