Come and join Fiona for Dru Yoga
During the session you will find how movement can be adapted to suit your own individual needs, to help gain strength, flexibility and to incorporate this into your everyday activities. Learn the importance of how being aware of our body can help to prevent falls, make it easier to climb stairs and generally to gain or keep a more active state of health.
Fiona has been teaching for over 12 years around the Southern Highlands and Wollondilly area.
She is also currently one of the facilitators on the NSW Health Stepping On Program for Falls Prevention. Fiona runs classes suited to seniors and those with limited movement.
With understanding and encouragement Fiona helps you to gain confidence and movement in a supportive class atmosphere.
Fiona presents yoga and movement in a way that is attainable for anyone.

Gentle Yoga; Thursday 9am - 10.30am Thirlmere
Chair Yoga; Thursday 12pm - 1pm Thirlmere
