Program details

60+ Strong Strengthening for the over 60's. This program has been designed and created to build strength within participants, to prevent further muscular degeneration, maintain mobility, assist in falls prevention, help ease arthritis aches and pains and there are many more benefits. 

Our sessions use the Time Under Tension training principals, to create muscle growth and strength. Combined with our strengthening work is our barefoot component, which helps us have a strong foundation. Working from the ground up improves balance and control of the body. During the 10-week program you'll have a lot of fun learning how to move your body as effectively as you can. 

We love using the phrases, Move it or Lose it!!

10 week blocks running during the school terms.

Cost per term: $100 (multi class discount)

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

All participants must gain a medical clearance before starting.

Special requirements or conditions:

Advanced classes will need a mat or towel. Barefoot participants need a slider and massage ball

Fitness Leader - Accredited

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert III

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
