Program details
Stepping On is a seven-week group-based program designed for people who are living at home and have experienced a fall or are concerned about falling.
Stepping On is free for adults over the age of 65 years or Aboriginal adults over the age of 45 years.
It covers a range of issues, including falls and risk, strength and balance exercises, home hazards, safe footwear, vision and falls, safety in public places and community mobility. The program is delivered in weekly two-hour sessions for seven weeks.

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
Stepping On is not suitable for people with dementia or those who need a 4WF to walk indoors
