Program details

A class designed to target holistic health and fitness, including whole body strength, endurance, balance and cardiovascular fitness, with music. Appropriate for those who are injured, ageing or would like a more gentle class in a water environment.

Opening hours:

Monday 8am - 8:45am

Wednesday 12:15pm - 1pm

Friday 12:15pm - 1pm

50 Plus, 55 Plus, 60 Plus, 65 Plus, Any

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Participants need to be able to independently mobilise in to and out of the pool and follow instruction.

Minimum experience:

Beginner

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
