Program details

This Zumba Gold class goes for 1 hour and provides a moderate level of exercise.

The class focuses on all elements of fitness - cardiovascular, muscle conditioning, flexibility, and balance.

The class can be taken at your own pace.

Opening hours:

Saturday's 9:30-10:30am.

There are no classes on Public Holidays and long weekends.

Cost:

Cost per visit: $12 concession or $15

Target age:

50 Plus

Special requirements or conditions:

Dress to workout, wear supportive shoes and bring water.

Minimum experience:

Beginner

Leader qualifications:

Fitness Leader - Accredited

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
