Program details

GASPAHS (Gwandalan And Summerland Point Active and Healthy Society) exercise is a low to moderate intensity physical activity program suitable for anyone who hasn't done any exercise in a while. You can exercise at your own pace in group-based classes in a friendly atmosphere.  It is safe for people with stable long term health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes or obesity.

Opening hours:

Monday, Wedesday, Thursday: 8.00am - 9.00am

Cost per visit: $2

Target age:

50 Plus, 60 Plus, 65 Plus, Any age for chair exercises for people with limited mobility - Chairobics

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Cognitive impairment

Special requirements or conditions:

Bring own towel and water bottle

Minimum experience:

Beginner

Leader qualifications:

Fitness Leader - Accredited

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert III

Healthcare clearance requirement:
