Staying active Postural Strength and balance training are the single most important thing you can do to stay vertical and independent.
As we grow older we lose muscle strength and our sense of balance, this can lead to a fall. The more active we remain the better the chances of keeping our muscles strong and our joints mobile.
All welcome Class routines change every 3 weeks each class has one or more balance exercise and three to four strength routines set to fun music. All programmers are to help with postural strength and balance. Working in a group yet individualized based on the participants needs and or physical strength helping older clients to stay motivated with Postural strength and function.

Classes are fun with standing yoga stretch to easy dance routines focusing on physical inactivity, flexibility and coordination to improve stamina and speeds up your reaction time, improving muscle strength to assists joint mobility and stability helping you maintains bone strength & bone density for Falls Prevention.

50 Plus, 60 Plus, 65 Plus, all clients are over 60years of age
Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
All welcome as long as a Doctor's clearance is provided
Special requirements or conditions:
Participants need to bring a towel and a bottle of water & wear comfortable clothing
