Exercise circuit 2

Getting active can help you keep moving and stay independent. Resistance training, also called strength training or weight training can improve your balance and strength and lower your risk of diseases.

Exercise circuit 2 goes through exercise safety, warm up activities, 12 circuit exercises and cool down stretches.

You can also download the exercise manual and logbook. It has instructions for easier or harder versions of every exercise.
