Program details

Wise Warriors is a 60 minute Karate class with no fighting or throwing partners. 

The class runs once a week and it covers the following areas:

• Grounding and centering for balance while moving
• Grounding and centering through breath
• Grounding and centering through relaxation
• Grounding and centering through empowerment and physical strength
• Empowerment through strength and balance
• Empowerment through connection
• Empowerment through voice
• Empowerment through intuition
• Empowerment through awareness
• Employing your power

Opening hours:

Fridays: 11:00am -12:00pm

Cost:

Cost per visit: $21 plus $100 one off member registration.
Cost per term: $180 for 10 lessons plus $79 Registration (includes free uniform)

Target age:

50 Plus

Special requirements or conditions:

You will train in bare feet.

Minimum experience:

Beginner
