Aqua Func is a 45 minute fun aqua aerobics class that offers low impact gentle exercise. 

Requirement: Please call before initial visit, booking is essential.

Tuesdays and Fridays 9-9:45am

Cost:

Casual Seniors Visit $12.75. Ring of 8 visits $80.00. No expiration date on ring and are transferable for land classes with Melinda.

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

If a client requires a support worker in every day activities, then the support worker should attend and exercise with their clients.

Minimum experience:

Beginner
