Zumba Gold is perfect for older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.

The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.

Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.

The class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance.

Bookable does not have the capability to move from activity to another, so please ensure you book for the correct activity.

It is the responsibility of the participant to communicate all medical issues and injuries with the facilitator prior to facilitation.
It is suggested that you seek medical clearance from your health care professional. Participation is done so at your own risk.
