Program details
This class includes Latin-based dance movements with low impact, easy steps to follow, using your coordination and stimulating the brain whilst enjoying some Latin-American music.
It is the responsibility of the participant to communicate all medical issues and injuries with the facilitator prior to facilitation.
Participant is done so at your own risk and it's suggested that you seek medical clearance from your healthcare professional.
