Program details
Beating Hearts of Lismore, is a social singing group that incorporates gentle movement through music and dance (seated or standing). The program is suitable for people with Parkinson's Disease or Dementia, and their carers. Or for older adults wanting to socially connect. We aim to have fun, provide mental stimulation through movement and music. It also includes morning tea. (Note this is not a respite service, we encourage carers to attend if needed).
