Program details

Small Group Strength Training for Women 50+ Focusing on functional exercises for ongoing strength and independence. 

Progressive training including core, upper and lower body strength, flexibility and fitness. 

Opening hours:

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

3pm and 5pm, possibility of an 11am class starting soon.

Cost:

Cost per visit: $20 pp (small group, no more than 5 people)

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Participants must be capable of following training instructions and techniques, and be physically able to train progressively.

Special requirements or conditions:

Please wear comfortable exercise gear, bring a towel and water.

Minimum experience:

Beginner

Leader qualifications:

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV

Special directions:

Only 12-15 minutes from Kyogle on a sealed road until the last 500 metres.
