Tai Chi which is short for Tai Chi Chuan, literally means “Supreme Ultimate Boxing”, or Supreme Ultimate Fist.” Nowadays, Tai Chi is mostly practised for the many health benefits it provides, however, it was originally conceived as a martial art.
Tan style Tai Chi is for the modern practitioner who wants a simple, interesting and fun system to learn. It may improve your balance, coordination, blood circulation, and help mitigate health issues such as diabetes, arthritis, and anxiety.
It is a system where you work at your own level. The movements are easy to remember and can be learned within a few classes.
